The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Before contacting us about a problem, it may be worth scanning this list to see whether your question has already been answered.

Translators

How do you pay translators for their work?
We pay via PayPal, EGold, Moneybookers and check. Our software gives you a "History" page that illustrates work that you have done that requires payment. You simply need to click "Withdraw" and specify account details.
All translations are "locked" for 3 days. This is because we give a customer a 3 day cooling off period. We HAVE to offer this, as, during this period they have the ability to cancel online payments. During this time, we do whatever we can to ensure that the customer is happy with the transation. Then once the waiting period is over you are free to withdraw your payment.

How much will I be paid?
When using TBTray or TBWeb you will see the amount you will be paid for the segment of work to be translated listed under the heading "price".
