How will I receive jobs?

Jobs can be processed in two ways. One is to download our specialized translator program called TB Tray. This application sits in your task bar and flashes when you have a job available. You then enter the translation into TB Tray and submit the translation, which is sent back to us for verification. Or if you prefer, jobs are also made available through the website in our special area for translators called TB Web.

What types of jobs are available?

Depending on your skill set, approval from us, and work availability the following types of jobs are available:

• NonNative - People who are fluent in a language pair but do not have certification and are not a native speaker of that language.
• Native - People who are fluent in a language pair AND are a native speaker in that language pair
• Professional - People who have had at least 5 years industry experience in that language pair

How do I get paid?

Translators are paid per word. The amount you will get paid for work done is displayed on the item of work, so you know how much you will earn for it before you do it.
